Standard items with original tags showing no wear or tear may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. We do not allow returns or exchanges on any altered items, custom made items, special orders, or international transactions.
All certified diamonds purchased from Forever Diamonds NY are eligible for a 100% credit towards a new diamond that is at least double in value or more. Upgrade eligibility begins five years after your initial purchase. Lab Grown Diamonds do not currently have an upgrade policy.
Trade-in value for your center diamond is dependent on whether we can utilize it for our inventory. However, we are unable to offer any credit for your old setting, as we only sell Forever Diamonds NY brand rings from our own collection.
Yes. We can create settings for any size and shape center stone. However, we encourage you to consult with us before you make your center-stone purchase, as we carry a large inventory of certified diamonds in all shapes, sizes, and qualities at competitive prices.
FOREVER DIAMONDS NY RING DESIGNS AND DIAMONDS
On average, it can take two to six weeks to produce a ring, but production times vary for our custom uniques. We do have same-day service for in stock items. Once you have decided on your style, your personal sales associate will provide you with an accurate timeline. If you are in need of a rush order, we can accommodate your request.
Our designs are handcrafted to provide a high level of precision that cannot be achieved by a casted ring. Our Uniques are custom made to seamlessly fit the center diamond and is unique to that diamond’s outlines and specific dimensions.
No. To ensure consistent durability, we do not reuse the metal from previous settings. We are happy to work with you to design a new, custom setting and help you select a color gemstone, Lab Grown Diamond, Moissanite or CZ to be set into your old ring as a keepsake.
Each diamond we use in our settings is specially chosen to ensure a uniform look throughout the overall design. For this reason, we cannot reset or reuse your pave diamonds.
Platinum and white gold are both precious metals. Platinum is naturally white and will always maintain its color, while white gold is a mix of different alloys and will eventually show a slight yellow tint over time, although it can always be re-plated. Platinum is a denser metal which gives it a weightier feel and contributes to it being more expensive than gold. Aesthetically, platinum will have a duller appearance, while white gold will appear brighter. We usually recommend platinum for our finer designs because it is easier to work with, but white gold is a perfect choice, as well. If you tend to be more active with your rings, white gold would be a better selection for you.
Yes, our custom designs can be made with any metal combination you’d like.
Our pave diamonds are generally G color/VS clarity, but depending on the center stone, they may be adjusted. Keep in mind that pave diamonds always give off a brighter appearance than center stones.
Yes, we are happy to add engraving to the inside of the band to make your piece extra special.
We recommend bands be at least 1.7mm.

Yes. Every engagement ring is accompanied by a certificate from a third-party grading institute.
Diamond verifications are provided by independent appraisers. You may take your ring and GIA report to one for diamond verification. Additionally, one of our sales associates can read or show you your diamond’s laser inscription under a microscope to ensure it matches with the report.
Yes, all of our diamonds are conflict-free. We work with suppliers who follow the Kimberley Process and make every effort to support the diamond trade.
No. Our diamonds are completely natural and have never been altered or treated in any way.
Yes, any one of our designs can accommodate a moissanite center stone. However the smaller diamonds on the ring will be genuine diamonds.
Yes, we have a large inventory of gemstones. Our sales associates will work with you on your designs and present several loose options to choose from for your custom ring.
SHIPPING & PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit cards, bank wire transfers, money orders, and domestic PayPal, as well as personal domestic checks and cashier's checks. Please allow up to 10 business days for any non-credit card payment method to clear. Once payment has cleared, you will receive a receipt which will contain all pertinent financial, diamond and ring information. We do not accept international credit cards (unless you are present in store) or international PayPal.
We accept all major credit cards in store, or online via a secured credit card authorization form sent through Adobe Sign. We keep the details of your credit card secure and no additional charges will be applied to the credit card without your full approval.
Please allow five to ten business days for personal and bank checks to clear before any items can be picked up or shipped. All checks should be made payable to “Forever Diamonds Inc.” and addressed to: Forever Diamonds 66 West 47th Street Booth # 37-38 New York, NY 10036
We provide you with our full account details upon request and transfers usually take between one to five business days to process. PayPal electronic invoices can be created the same day and sent directly to your email address. You must have an active PayPal account to accept invoices and submit payments
We offer a layaway plan and deferred interest financing through Synchrony Bank for in-store clients only. If you want to apply online and see what you qualify for prior to coming in, you may do so. However, you will still need to be verified in-store to use the amount you were approved for. Please call and speak with a sales associate for more details.
We offer 6 or 12 months special financing with approved credit through Synchrony Bank. The amount you are approved for is based on your personal credit history and finances. This option is only available for US residents and you must be present in our New York store to apply
A 33% deposit is required to secure a diamond from our inventory. Once the design has been approved, another 33% is required to begin ring production. The remaining balance is due upon ring completion. Delivery will be arranged after the balance has been paid. We require the full cost of the ring to be paid within 60 days of the original deposit.

Yes, you can pay using multiple credit cards. We still require you to fill out a secure Adobe Sign authorization form for each card used and provide photo ID for verification.
A sales tax of 8.875% is only collected on orders that are picked up in the store or shipped to addresses within New York State. For orders shipped abroad, the client is responsible for local duties and taxes.
Items can be placed on hold with a deposit, which can later be applied towards the balance of your purchase within a reasonable time.
We use a third party shipping company who verifies the contents of each package. The shipment is fully insured via UPS or FedEx and a signature is required at delivery. We will contact you with a confirmation once your item has been shipped. You can view your shipping process in your account to see the status of your package. We will provide you with e-mailed confirmation or a phone call once your item has been shipped. The package will not have any identifiable Forever Diamonds information on it. We can also request the package to be held at a UPS holding station for you to pick up within 5 business days before the package gets sent back to us. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays due to severe weather or other unexpected events.
All items sent to and from Forever Diamonds are insured to the full value of the item. We also encrypt tracking numbers to ensure they cannot be intercepted. For any loose diamonds that are sent to Forever Diamonds NY, a third party will verify that the diamond sent back to the client is, in fact, the exact same one that was received. Yes, we are able to ship insured packages to most countries (see below for a full list). For orders shipped abroad, the client is responsible for local duties and taxes which typically range from 10% to 20% of the purchase price.

We can use the measurements stated on the diamond certificate, but we highly recommend having the diamond in hand to ensure a 100% perfect fit. If you'd like to arrange a shipment of your diamond to us, we can arrange a UPS or FedEx label with insurance on the package.
If you would like to send your diamond to us, our sales associates can provide you with a fully insured shipping label, which can easily be printed out and taken to your nearest shipping center. The price for the label can range anywhere from $50 to $300 depending on the value of your stone. It will be evaluated by a third party prior to Forever Diamonds receiving the package. We will request a copy of the certificate and prefer the diamond to be laser inscribed to ensure authenticity.
We take the proper measures to ensure that your private information is completely protected. Transactions are protected using a 256-bit Secure Socket Layering (SSL) Certificate from GoDaddy, the business leader in encryption technology.

RING CARE AND SIZING
No, but we do provide you with an appraisal that you can present to an insurance company. We recommend LAVALIER INSURANCE SERVICES as the most reputable, easy to work with company to insure your rings.
Our manufacturing guarantee is to stand behind the integrity of every piece and make sure you are completely satisfied with the entire shopping experience. However, we do advise obtaining personal insurance to protect your ring from any damage, loss, theft, or breakage.
Forever Diamonds NY is committed to providing our clients with complete satisfaction and the highest quality craftsmanship. Each work order comes with an individual lifetime warranty that covers any manufacturing defects resulting in the loss or breakage of small pave diamonds and precious metal. This does not cover accidental or incidental breakage, normal wear and tear, theft, loss, or any damage that our professionals deem is not due to craftsmanship related issues. Please note that if the piece has been altered in any way by a jeweler other than Forever Diamonds NY, the warranty is no longer valid. We recommend having each piece regularly maintained and examined twice a year by our service professionals. At Forever Diamonds NY we provide complimentary inspection and basic cleaning for rings purchased through our store or website. For the first year of your ring’s life, we will provide all insured shipping at no cost to you both ways. After the 1-year mark, we will still provide the warranty, however, it will be your responsibility to ship and insure the ring.
Unfortunately, due to international customs regulations, we are not able to provide an international warranty. To have your ring serviced by us, you would need to fly into New York and have it completed in person. We will do our best to work with you to ensure you receive the utmost care for your ring.
Yes, if the ring is altered in any way by an outside jeweler, the warranty is no longer valid with Forever Diamonds NY.
Typically, it takes 2-5 business days to adjust the size of your ring. Yes, you will have to leave your ring in our care, but it is in good hands and you will receive a holding receipt upon drop-off.
Contact your personal diamond consultant and he or she can arrange a prepaid UPS or FedEx label for the insured value of your ring. You must also include a Return Shipping Authorization form, which we will email to you. First-time sizing is complementary and round-trip shipping is a $50-$300 each way based on the cost of insurance.
Rings can be adjusted, but increasing the ring size beyond two sizes can affect the structure of the ring. Once you’ve given the ring to your partner, we will send you a ring sizer with a return label so we can get an accurate finger size and adjust the piece accordingly.
Depending on its style and make, we can usually size the ring to your fit. Most rings come in a standard stock size 6. When purchasing a ring, please inquire about sizing options.
On our website we have two types of rings you can look at. “Our Uniques” and “Our Settings”.
Most of our rings are custom made and we work personally with each client to design it to individual taste and budget. These are called “Our Uniques”. With so many various components prices would depend on many factors including style, metal and center-stone shape, finger size and quality.
We also offer pre-made settings which are usually in stock and ready to ship the same day as purchase. These rings are called “Our Settings”. Please be aware that the prices you see for “Our Settings” DO NOT include the center stone. Your center stone must be chosen with the help of one of our sales associates so you can get the best stone that matches your criteria. Also size of center stone will determine the cost of the setting so be sure to select the correct size when on the setting product page.
The majority of our Instagram designs are based on or are exact versions of ring models shown on the website. Please read the comments of the post carefully to find the specific style which you can easily search for on the website. Click on “Create a Handmade Piece” from our homepage and enter any specifics you’re interested in and a sales associate will contact you with information and pricing.
Some items listed online are available for viewing in our New York showroom, but because many of our rings are custom made, we may not have that exact one in store. However, we will certainly have several similar styles for you to try on to get a sense of what you may want to have created for yourself.
Yes, we can create almost any design you like based off any photos and ideas you can provide. We will work with you to review each point in detail to ensure the perfect custom ring.
No. Please feel free to contact us at any time when we are open and we will be more than happy to help with information in any way we possibly can. Once you are comfortable with the information and would like to begin the custom ring process, we will work with you to select a center stone, including creating and sending high quality videos to your phone, and choose the perfect setting and style.
THE FOREVER DIAMONDS EXPERIENCE
We at Forever Diamonds NY make rings and help people all around the world with their diamond and engagement ring creations.
Creating the perfect ring always starts with choosing the center stone first. Think of it as buying the house before decorating it.
We now need to discuss your search criteria for diamonds. Shape, Size, Color, Clarity, and Budget. Based on your feedback we will search our available inventory and hand select any stones that we believe you will love and match our Forever Diamonds Standard. We will make you exclusive videos in HD of those diamonds for you.
We will provide videos of the diamonds up close, comparison videos and placed on a ring for our hand model to give you a true perspective. Of course we will provide all of the GIA certification you need to make a good decision.
The picking of diamonds can take 1-2 days. Once you find the diamond you want you will need to secure it with a larger deposit. At this point we can discuss ring design and customization. We will create the 3D art work for you to review on your phone or desktop. This can take from 2-10 days to create.
We also offer other services which we can have a wax model printed of your entire ring with all the diamonds cut into the ring and have it shipped for your viewing pleasure. Once you approve the design we will create the ring.
The creation of the ring can take from 2-4 weeks once you approve the design. depending on the complexity of the design. Every ring we make is created for the specific outline of that stone. Which is why it comes out so seamless and perfect.
The payment structure is broken up into 3 equal payments.
1st: Secures the Diamond & begins the design.
2nd: You approve the design
3rd: Prior to pick up or shipping
The full process takes 2-6 weeks.
